Event Scheduler

Written in Microsoft Access®

This program was written for the Michigan District of the Assemblies of God to help schedule their Fine Arts Festival. This program facilitates entry of the contestants and each of the event categories in which they will perform. Individual and group events are handled. After setting up performance rooms and the time constraints of the whole event, a schedule is produced. Individuals performing in more than one category are given a time allotment between their performances and up to 3 break times for each room per day can be added. Contestant scores are then tabulated. If a category has a second round, those contestants qualifying are then scheduled for the second round. Numerous reports are included as well as the printing of certificates of achievement through a link to Microsoft Word®.
