Professional vending
software that I developed with Michigan
Mini Vend from Taylor Michigan. This software
will help the bulk, drink, snack and crane vendor
to get control of their business. MMV had checked
out all the software available and it either
contained way too many 'extra' features that
weren't necessary, or wasn't easy to use, or
was web based. They designed an in-house system
that met their needs. It is being marketed thru
Accqtrak, LLC.

NEC is a subsidiary of National Construction
Enterprises. NEC is a curtainwall and advanced
building facade contractor. For those not in
the building trades, that means they take care
of the windows and outer parts of buildings
- sometimes really BIG buildings. They had an
estimating system which was developed using
Microsoft Excel. It was pretty cumbersome, prone
to errors, and took a long time to input. I
sat down with their entire team - managers,
estimators, IT department head, and one of the
owners. We talked about the good parts of the
current system and what they wanted added to
a new system. In the end, they had a new system
that automatically loaded material data from
Revit design software, streamlined the manual
input process, had data safeguards built in,
and output the estimate data directly to their
ViewPoint accounting system.
Near downtown in Tecumseh, MI. Bailey's are
pecialists in water and water softening. When
they approached me about writing a new route
scheduling system, they were using a program
that was overkill for their needs. They wanted
something that was easy to use and didn't contain
a ton of options that they were never going
to use. Following their list of wants, I came
up with an application that we cleverly call
The Route System.
Located in Almont, MI. Deer and wild game processing
with loads of exclusive recipes and options.
They had an existing custom application that
basically only handled orders for the annual
deer hunt. Tracking the processing of all of
the cuts and sausage choices for each deer was
tedious to do by hand. We started by creating
a complete system to track the processing options
and have continued to add features to give them
all they need to accurately control a large
volume of business in a short amount of time.

at your place of business. They had a custom
application that was written in MS-DOS - before
the first Windows Operating System. It was old!
We have created an application that will work
for many vending machine operators. It is called
AccQ-Trak
Vending Software.

This is a first class place to board your dog
or cat or get them groomed. They were using
a custom application that they loved, but it
needed some fixes and improvements. Over the
past several years we have implemented many
additions and changes.
