Bailey's WaterCare has been

Michigan Mini Vend engaged
Mr. Tom Wielfaert of Water Drop Software LLC
to develop a software program for our vending
company. From our initial meeting with Tom,
it was apparent that he was the person we
wanted to work with. He was able to grasp
and understand what we were looking for. He
assured us that what we wanted and how we
wanted it could be developed by him.
As the business grew, the
need to have accurate and concise information
became a prime concern. We were using four
different programs to make sure our information
was correct. Time spent on data entry was
becoming a problem and prone to possible error
due to the vast amount of information we were
generating.
Having looked and tried
many vending software packages over the years,
we felt that they did not have the features
that were needed to run the business in a
sound manner. We wanted single program that
would track equipment and locations, provide
cost of sales and figure sales tax due, print
collection tickets and calculate commissions
due the locations. The information must be
accurate and true.
Over a short period of
time and many email and phone calls Tom delivered
the first working program. Tom had developed
the basis of the program and would require
testing and tweaking. As we began to use the
program we found things that would need to
be changed, and new ideas would need to be
added. Tom was responsive and prompt with
changes and add ons. He was helpful with suggestions
and guidance, and delivered when promised.
We now have a program that
is user friendly and delivers all the puritan
information that is needed to make sound business
decisions based on true and solid facts. We
have been able to devote more time and effort
in other areas because of the program that
Tom written for us.
We are in the final test
of the finished program and hope to market
the program in the first quarter of 2011.
This was not counted on when we started, but
a nice bonus. To our knowledge, there isn't
a nice program on the market.
We will definitely use
Tom on our next project.

for all of your efforts in developing the
PCA (Project Cost Analysis). NEC had a vision
to develop a program that will take the information
from the Revit model and transfer it to an
estimating program. Through the course of
development, I explained to you what we were
looking for and you did an exemplary job of
turning our thoughts into reality.
Currently, we are 100% reliant on the
PCA from an estimating standpoint and it has
worked very well. I would recommend you to
